How do I book a shoot with you?
You can start by filling out our contact form.
Feel free to include your preferred contact method (email or phone). You can also email us directly at jordanandkaeshaphotography@gmail.com. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out to discuss your project details and answer any questions.
What is your turnaround time for delivering photos and videos?
We’re usually about 2 weeks out to start a project. From there, most projects are wrapped up within 2–3 weeks, depending on size and scope.

Can you accommodate shoots outside of your local area?
Yes! We love to travel and work wherever your project takes us. Travel costs are discussed upfront, so there are no surprises.
How does payment work? Can we pay in installments?
We accept debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, and checks. Online payments include a 2.9% processing fee, but checks are always fee-free.
A 50% retainer is due when the contract is signed to secure your spot, and the remaining balance is due the week of your shoot. Need to break up the final payment? We’re happy to offer installment options to make it easy.
Do you offer RAW files?
We don't offer RAWs, as they aren't an accurate reflection of our final work. No exceptions- thank you for understanding!
